Texas Music Machine is a collaboration between Texas friends, musicians, and music fans.
Most of us were born and raised in Texas, and the rest got here as fast as they could.

The Texas Music Machine Team
- Robin Dillard, Chief Executive Officer
 | As the chief executive officer of Texas Music Machine, Robin is responsible for business development and strategic planning
for the organization. She has over 12 years experience in the music industry organizing multi-day music
festivals, coordinating artist management and promotion, and was co-owner of the legendary blues club,
Belly's, in Lubbock, Texas.

Robin is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute and has more than 10 years project management
experience with music, entertainment, non-profit, R&D, and IT projects. Robin holds a Bachelors in
Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration in Management Information Systems
from Texas Tech University.

- Jimmie Mason, Chief Artist Relations Officer
 | As the chief artist relations officer, Jimmie is responsible for artist relations and the technical
requirements for the music available through Texas Music Machine. Jimmie has more than 12 years experience working with world-class
talent, engineers, and producers at Jungle Studios in Lubbock Texas, as well as Sigma in New York, George
Massenberg's The Complex, Record One, and Oceanway in Los Angeles.

In addition to serving as chief engineer and manager for Jungle Studios, Jimmie has worked on several audio
projects for broadcast, including West Texas Music and Hastings Records conventions. Jimmie
has been a professional musician for 37 years and holds an Associates degree in Sound Technology from South
Plains College with additional studies in television production and journalism.

- Donna Shattuck, Chief Operations Officer
 | As chief operations officer, Donna is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the daily activities
for Texas Music Machine, as well as strategic, tactical, and short-term operations management recommendations. With more
than 30 years experience in office management and contract management, Donna provides the expertise to ensure
that business operations are efficient and effective.

In addition to her management experience, Donna has numerous years of exposure to several areas in the music
industry, including concert and special promotions, radio spot production, and live entertainment events.

- Inger DeBill, Chief Technology Officer
 | As chief information officer, Inger is responsible for strategic and tactical planning for Texas Music Machine's IT
department. With more than 7 years of programming and project management experience, her expertise includes
developing and managing enterprise-level web applications for order management, online marketing, and inventory
management, as well as search optimization and systems integration with multiple technologies.

Inger holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the
University of Texas at Austin.

- Allison Moore, Chief Information Architect
 | As chief information architect, Allison is responsible for planning the organization and structure of the
information throughout Texas Music Machine's web portal. As an accomplished programmer analyst with strong analytical and
technical skills, Allison brings more than 6 years of experience in information design, enterprise application
development, and systems analysis.

Allison holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the
University of Texas at Austin.

- Karen Sherman, Chief Database Architect
 | As chief database architect, Karen is responsible for planning the data architecture and architecture
roadmap for Texas Music Machine's databases. Karen has more than 6 years of experience designing and maintaining complex
data structures across multiple platforms, enterprise application development, and systems integration.

Karen holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Information and Operations Management from
Texas A&M University.

 | As chief applications architect, Jessica is responsible for planning and coordinating design specifications
for Texas Music Machine's applications and related components. Jessica brings more than 8 years of experience
working in the field of Information Technology.

Jessica earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, double
majoring in Management Information Systems and Business Honors.

- Melissa Fuller, Chief Systems Architect
 | As chief systems architect, Melissa serves as chief technical expert and administers, coordinates and
recommends the architecture and technical approach for Texas Music Machine's interactive applications and technology
integration. Melissa brings more than 8 years of experience working in the field of Information Technology.
